Multimedia Developer/Technologist
Fort Belvoir, VA

Qwaltec is seeking e-Learning multimedia developers to develop interactive programs such as Web-based Training (WBT), Computer-based Training (CBT) and websites. Successful applicants will be responsible for developing content (programs) in a timely manner within budget and will support training products for distributed learning to meet the defined needs of students. Duties will include:

• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the instructional designer to develop distributed learning products
• Program and support software development projects for various customers 
• Work with members of production and instructional design teams
• Work with various multimedia technologies including digital audio, video, CD-ROM, DVD and internet/intranet related tools 
• Develop and program highly interactive computer-based and web-based training
• Develop graphic solutions for training courses

Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in technology-based courseware development as well as 3 years experience in creating web-based, computer-based and other instructional training programs. The candidate should also have a demonstrated experience and knowledge of the following:

• Training production tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora and Flash
• ActionScript 
• JavaScript (HTML, XML) 
• Macromedia/Adobe development tools (Flash, Dreamweaver) 
• e-Learning standards including SCORM and Section 508 requirements 
• Distributed learning management

The successful candidate must be a U.S. citizen and hold a current TS/SCI level security clearance.
